TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Overview

The QT Weekly Cashback Promotion rewards eligible players with 10% cashback on net losses incurred while playing selected games during each promotional week.

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion runs weekly from:

  2 April 2026 at 08:00 UTC to 4 May 2026 at 08:00 UTC

• Each promotional cycle runs from Thursday 08:00 UTC to Monday 08:00 UTC

3. Eligible Games

• Cashback applies only to the designated five (5) “Games of the Week”

• Game selection changes weekly and is communicated on the Bwinners platform

4. Eligibility

To qualify, players must:

• Be registered with Bwinners Zimbabwe

• Use real money bets only

• Wager at least USD 15 on eligible games

• End the week with a net loss greater than zero

5. Cashback Calculation

• Net Loss = Total Real Money Bets – Total Real Money Wins

• Cashback = 10% of Net Loss

6. Cashback Limits

• Minimum wager: USD 15

• Maximum cashback: USD 10 per player per week

• One cashback payout per player per week

7. Payout

• Cashback is credited within 48 hours after each weekly cycle

• Paid as real money

8. General Rules

• Only qualifying games count

• Bonus bets do not count

• Players must have a net loss to qualify

9. Fraud & Abuse

Bwinners Zimbabwe reserves the right to disqualify players for:

• Multi-accounting

• Bonus abuse

• Fraudulent or irregular gameplay

10. Technical Issues

• Bets and results may be voided in case of system errors or malfunctions

11. Changes

• Bwinners Zimbabwe may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time

12. Acceptance

• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
